It doesn’t stop at tie dye. Lizza has worked tirelessly to cultivate a personal culture of exploration and joy. Whether she is teaching tie dye workshops, fulfilling her role as cofounder of MycoHound, teaching  functional  mushroom clinics, or offering personalized sacred and functional mushroom consultations, she is dedicated to cultivating safe  spaces to enjoy the abundance around.

Lizza is a deep diver. When her spirit is consumed with a topic, she learns all she can about it and uses her gift of communication to share it with you! Lizza has presented engaging mycology lectures at the Medical University of South Carolina, demonstrated ease and grace in small group workshop instruction and is a caring one-on-one teacher.
